Hello,

we use Pdf Viewer 19.4.56 and also Nuget Packages 19.4.56.

But when downloading PDF I get this message "Created with a trial version of Syncfusion Essential PDF".

I saw same ticket but we are not allowed to change region and version.

We bought License from 19 and used it everywhere in the project.

Then tell me how can I solve the problem without changing region and version .

Syncfusion license keys are version and product-specific. If you use Syncfusion assemblies\NuGet packages from the trial installer\nuget.org, you should generate and register the corresponding version and products license key in your projects to prevent trial license warnings.

Also, all the referenced Syncfusion assemblies\NuGet packages should be on the same version as license key’s version(v19.4.0.56) in your project.

If you are using any template file for generating the documents, please ensure that the original template file doesn’t has any license trial warning

If the reported issue is still not resolved,  please share us the following details to check issue further from our side, 

1. List of Syncfusion NuGet packages\assemblies used and its version,

2. Target Framework and Platform of your application, 
3. Screenshot of license key registered place.
4. License key you’re using in the application.

We strongly recommend to use our latest PDF Viewer versions (V21.1.41). We have done various enhancements and stability improvements in our latest version.

Kindly Select the file formats platform and generate the key. Then you need to register the same key in both the server-side (web service) and client-side. This will resolve your issue in the latest version.
