Conflict between OverView and DiagramConstraints in Vue2

Hi.

There is a conflict between Overview and DiagramConstraints.

I have added DiagramConstraints.none to make the Diagram only viewable before a specific button is pressed and functional only after the button is pressed. However, I have noticed that the Overview is not working properly afterwards. While moving the positions inside the diagram, the Overview moves along with it, but in the opposite case, moving the Overview does not change the viewpoint of the diagram.

If you set the diagram constraints to 'none', the overview will not be updated. However, if you set the diagram constraints to 'default', any changes made to the diagram will be reflected in the overview, and vice versa.
