Drag and Drop not working on Microsoft Surface

Hi,

we are using MS Surface Laptops and try to drag and drop a PDF to the Syncfusion PDF-Viewer. This is not working. Trying the same on another (not Surface) Notebook without Touchscrenn, this works as exspected.

Marco, we suspect that you are attempting to load a PDF in PdfViewer using drag and drop. However, currently, drag and drop of PDFs in PdfViewer is not supported in WPF. Are you achieving drag and drop of PDFs in PdfViewer using a sample in the application level? If so, please share your sample application so that we can further investigate your requirements.

Hi Krithika,

I think it is supported and available. If I drag'n'drop a PDF to the PDF-Viewer in my WPF application on a PC without touchscreen, it works. Just the MS Surface Laptop (with touchscreen) it is not working.

I am wondering, if there is something special with this Surface, or if it is generally not supported on touchscreen devices.

Marco, you have mentioned that drag and drop is supported in PdfViewer. But if we try drag and drop in our sample, it is not supported. So, we have attached a sample below. Please provide us sample application you are currently using, it will be helpful for us to investigate the reported issue.
