No bullet points on the printout

I would like to report a problem with missing bullets points in the printable version of a document.

We have tried to replicate the reported issue at our end by using the details you have shared. but we couldn't reproduce the issue. We have also prepared a sample for your reference,

Can you please share us with some more details about the reported issue,

• Are you using the print toolbar option in RichTextEditor to print the content?
• If not, please share the details and entire code snippet?
• Your browser details?
• If possible, please share us with runnable issue replicating sample and HTML string content to replicate the issue at our end?

We recommend you upgrade both client and server sides to the latest (v21.2.5) version packages to resolve this issue. Please upgrade, try it on your end, and let us know if you need any further assistance.

Hi Selvaprakash,

could you tell me in which version this problem was solved and provide me with a link to the release documentation ?

Upgrading the version is not the best solution for us, because then we have problems with one of our modules.

Hi Ignacy,

The issue was resolved in version 20.4.38. So, we recommend you upgrade both client and server sides to the latest (v21.2.6) version of the packages.
