Cancel removing a row/column

Hi!

I would like to check the cells before a row or column is deleted and if the value is not removable (based on some custom rules), then cancel the command. Is it possible somehow?

I tried to use the "spreadsheet.ActiveGrid.Model.RowsRemoved" event but it is fired after the row was deleted and I cannot cancel it. Is there a way for this?
