Incorrect Date/Time is shown when you add FreeText annotation programmatically

Hi,

When you add FreeText annotation programmatically, incorrect date/time is shown in the comment panel. Please refer the attached video. The date/time shown in the comment panel should be user's local date/time. But it shows different.

We were able to reproduce the reported scenario “Incorrect time is shown in the comment panel while adding the FreeText annotation programmatically” and suspect this to be a defect. We will validate it and update further details in two business days.

We have confirmed the issue "Modified time is not proper in the comment panel while adding the FreeText annotation programmatically" and logged it as a defect. The fix for the issue will be available in our upcoming weekly NuGet release on April 05, 2023. You can track the status of the issue through the following link.

We have fixed the reported issue "Modified time is not proper in the comment panel while adding the FreeText annotation programmatically" and the fix for the reported issue was included in our latest weekly release v21.1.38. Kindly upgrade to that version to get the issue resolved.
