Team can help me to check the errror:

The Add Signature and Add Initial features were thrown an exception related to SignatureText and SignatureImage type. Namely the structure of the parameter name "data". Syncfusion.EJ2.PdfViewer.Signature line 250.

We were able to reproduce the reported issue  “Exception occurred while downloading the document after adding the type and upload handwritten signature/Initial” and suspect this to be a defect. We will validate it and update further details in two business days.

We have fixed the reported issue and the fix will be included in our upcoming weekly release on March 1, 2023.

We have fixed the reported issue “Exception occurred while downloading the document after adding the type and upload handwritten signature/Initial” and the fix for the reported issue was included in our latest weekly release v20.4.0.52. Kindly upgrade to that version to get the issue resolved.

Have you fixed it for react yet, we use react js, still see an error now.

I tried at this demo link also error: https://ej2.syncfusion.com/react/demos/#/bootstrap5/pdfviewer/default

Please help me to check.

We have fixed the reported issue “Exception occurred while downloading the document after adding the type and upload handwritten signature/Initial” in our latest Version(V20.4.0.52). We have shared the sample in our latest version.

Steps to run the sample:

• Run the web service sample.
• And then run the react sample.

Note: We update the demo page only in SP Release and Main releases. But the issue is fixed in the weekly release. So, the fix is not updated in our demo page. We will update the demo page in our upcoming Volume 1, 2023 Main release expected to be rolled out in the end of March 2023.
