We have evaluated the possibility of fulfilling your
requirement. Our SfDatagrid has a default setting that includes a dotted line
to distinguish the appearance when selecting with the SelectionMode set to
SingleDeselect or Multiple and the NavigationMode set to Row. This is the
default behavior of our SfDatagrid and unfortunately, it is not possible to
remove this border under these circumstances. However, if you opt to use the
default NavigationMode (Cell) or select another SelectionMode, the focus border
will not be displayed.
