Wrong modification of padding-right on Grid Header with paging and overscroll

Hi,

Since few versions, a column shift appears on grids with pagination and overscroll. Instead of a padding-right to 16px, e-gridheader is set with a padding-right to 0px.

This problem is not present in version 20.4.0.38 for example, but it is in 20.4.0.48
