1. Do other syncfusion blazor server components work the same way? Are the disabled/read-only terms purely decorative as well or prevent value change events and databinding?

We have validated and found read-only and disabled property usage needs to be handled in server side itself in few components when overriding in client code. We will validate and include fix for all components in 2023 Vol1 release.

We have identified the behavior of preventing events and interactions based on server properties and have implemented it across most of the applicable components. However, we still need to handle a few components. Therefore, these changes will be included in the upcoming 2023 Volume 2 release. This ensures consistency among Syncfusion Blazor components after the release of 2023 Volume 2.
