Reload of WASM when page contains a Grid Control

Question

I noticed strange behavior when loading a page with the Grid control in a WASM app. The app was reloading and then displaying the page.

I've attached the debug log as produced from VS 2022

BTW, I tried other controls at random and had no issues.
