Bold Report for custom paper

Actually we have used bold report syncfusion for RDLC and works fine in A4 and F4 paper size.

Lately the client wants to use half A4 size (width 21cm , height 14 cm), we have tried to put the size in custom paper for RDLC in reporting tool visual studio, but the preview always rotated into 14 x 21 and the print result is not as we want. How to force the printing result as same (width 21cm , height 14 cm)
