Difference number of column on each group inside the data Grid

Hi,is it possible to achieve the below design using SF data Grid? Appreciate your help if you can share the sample code how to do that using syncfucion data grid.

Xamarin.Forms does not support the merging of cells in the SfDataGrid We have
logged feature request for requirement “Merging cells support in
SfDataGrid” in Xamarin.Forms and considered to implement. We will implement
this feature in any of our upcoming release. When planning each release cycle,
we review all open feature requests and prioritize them based on factors such
as our product vision, technological feasibility, and customer interest. We
