Rich text box with file upload from local machine.

I am trying to add rich text box with file upload for the POC purpose. Not able to upload file from local machine. 

Even if I try to add html content directly from component all the tools in the rich text box are hidden.

Please refer the below screen shots:

1. In initial page load I could see the tools

    2. If I try to add some content from external file upload, tools options in the rich text box are hiding automatically.

Can you please share some more details for our better understanding about your reported issue,

• Your package version?
• Share issue replicating video illustration.
• Are you trying to upload files/images into the Rich Text Editor using any external uploader?
• If so, please share the entire code snippet to replicate the issue at our end.
• If possible, please share us with the issue reproducing runnable sample.
