Identify slug lines in a page

Hi team,

Is there any way to identify slug lines (vertical line in the attached sample) in pdf?
or
the presence of Strikethrough text
or
the presence of Double underlined text

Let us know.

Syncfusion PDF library only supports identifying highlight/Text Markup Annotation from the pdf document. We can only be able to identify it if it is added as an Annotation. We do not have direct support to identify slug lines in the PDF document. Your requirement is outside of our PDF scope. So, we could not proceed further with this requirement on our end.
