pdfium.dll issuing while load large pdf in pdf viewer

Hi Team,


i am receiving repeatedly error on pdfium.dll in event logger while throw exception application session cleared automatically, please refer below event log error and do the needful.

We have tried to reproduce the reported issue with provided details, but it is not reproducing on our end. We have shared the sample in which we have tried to reproduce the issue in the below link,

Try this sample and revert to us with the following details, if you have any concerns on this. This will be helpful for us to analyze further and provide the below details.


  • Modified sample or share the sample in which the issue is reproduced.
  • Server hosting environment configuration.
  • Any sliding timeout set in the server side for the cache object.
  • Share the document size which you are facing the issue along with steps to reproduce.

Hi Team,

I'm using community license for pdf viewer control to my customer, my customer environment is less than 10 people  using my web page, when they get this error, application crashed and application session will empty automatically in IIS, This error we facing repeatedly I'm not able resolve it, kind advice to below concern.
