Dynamically change Grid Datasource from local or remote

I am using EJ2 asp.net core Grid. 

I have 2 radio buttons. when user click on 

1 radio button - fetch local data only client side grid 

2 radio button - fetch remote data ajax call with server side pagination filtering and all. 

So now question is for 

1st radio button grid would have dataSource="viewbag.datasource".

2nd radio button grid would have e-data-manager url= and adapter=

so now how can i write both into one and dynamically switch local to remote or remote to local datasource ? without refreshing whole page.
