Integrate with an external FileManager

Is there a possibility to integrate the RichTextEditor with an external FileManager like elFinder (PHP based filemanager)?

Hi Pere,

You can achieve your requirement by using the custom toolbar functionality. We have prepared a sample for your reference by rendering our Syncfusion file manager into a Dialog to select and insert images into the Editor.

We have configured the following in the sample, 

• Rich Text Editor with a customer tool in the toolbar “FileManager”.
• When clicking this button opens the FileManager component inside the dialog.
• Select the image to be inserted and click the button “Choose” in the Filemanager
• The selected image will be added in the Rich Text Editor.
