Two GridColumns on Grid inline associated to Foreign ID

Good morning,

I used GridForeignColumn to fetch code and description from another table and then put it on the grid. But if I have to create a second column with the foreign table field then another column besides the description, how do I do it? The second column on the inline grid must change according to the choice on the first

Examples are welcome. Thank you
