PdfLoadedDocument, how to insert table/grid into PDF

Hi, I cannot find a way to insert a generated (in c# code) PDF table/grid into the existing loaded PDF. There is no "page" property in the PdfLoadedDocument. I do not need to add a page since the PDF already exists. What would be my steps to insert a generated PDF table/grid into an existing PDF?

We do not have direct support to insert a grid into the existing pdf document. It is not possible to convert the PdfLoadedPage to PdfPage. You can draw the PdfGrid to an existing document by converting it into a PdfDocument. We can access pdf pages from the PdfDocument. We have attached a sample for your reference.
