MultiColumnComboBox: Filtering Columns result

I've used the filter property and everything seems good, what I need is that when I paste a text in the multicolumn combobox, the filter suppose to bring up the result and make the combobox selec the row automatically without clickign the combobox and wait untill the grid pops up and pick the row manually. is that possible ? it's be much better if I type or paste a text. the combo selects the row automatically if the data exists already

Hi Walid,

Currently, there is no support to select the item automatically if the entered item exists in the Multicolumncombobox with filtering.

Could you please confirm whether you want to select item only in the dropdown (highlight the item in blue) or to update the SelectedItem property as you edit the text? So that we will log the feature request based on this
