We would like to let you know that SfChat does not have
direct support for indicating message is delivered or seen status and we have
considered and logged feature for this requirement. We will implement this
feature in any of our upcoming releases. At the planning stage for every
release cycle, we review all open features and identify features for
implementation based on specific parameters including product vision,
technological feasibility, and customer interest. We will let you know when
this feature is implemented. We appreciate your patience until
then.

If you have any more specification/suggestions to the
feature request, you can add it as a comment in the portal.
It can be achieved by customizing the message template and
defining custom property to keep the message's status updated. In the attached
sample, we have a custom property named status that is used to set message
status. When a new message is sent, the status of the message is updated after
one second, and we have used a timer to update the status. We have attached a
sample for your reference. Please have a look at this sample and let us know if
you need any further assistance.
