Swipe left/right to move dates

Question

On mobile. Swipping left/right works great to go between dates.

However, if you a have very busy calendar there isn't much "freespace" in the calendar, and if you click a cell with your finger to move it left or right it actually calls the EventClick function and therefore opens the edit window and doesn't swipe left/right. Any way to make swipping work when your first click is on a cell that has an event?

the defect report "Need to enable Schedule swipe action when performing
swipe on the appointments" which can be tracked from the following

20.3.52 has been rolled out successfully. In this release, An issue with
navigation actions not working while performing swipe on the appointments in
mobile mode has been fixed. As a result, we recommend you upgrade to the latest
