Data label gets cropped for 0% current value in bullet chart

Hi,

We want to show data label for bullet chart. But data label is automatically cropped when current value is 0%. As there is no position, border or margin property, we can't change position of data label.

To test the data label property, we create a sample app https://stackblitz.com/edit/angular-hr15wl?file=src/index.html. You can see data label is cropped for 0%.

Can you please help us to resolve this issue?

We have considered the reported scenario as a bug and logged a defect report for the same. The fix for the reported scenario will be included in our weekly patch release which is expected to be rolled out on 18^th October 2022.
