Essential Suite 2.1 available for download

Essential Suite 2.1 (version 2.1.0.9) is now available for download. Customers can login to Direc-Trac and choose the Download the latest versions link to download this version. A new unlock key is required for installation, which can be obtained by clicking on the key icon. If you have any questions or have problems please open a Direct-Trac support incident or send an e-mail to salessupport@syncfusion.com.

There seams to be an error while getting the unlock key.

The error is only for the 2.1 version, for earlier version, I can get the unlock key. The error message is ''Unable to retreive key''.

Please open a Direct-Trac support incident or send an e-mail to salessupport@syncfusion.com. Maybe some settings in your account need to be corrected. Thanks, Stefan

Same problem here, I opened up an incident.

Hi There was a minor glitch which has been addressed and users can now get unlock keys from Direct-Trac. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. Here is a link to the Release Notes for the 2.1.0.9 version. Regards Arun
