How to show all-day row when no current all-day events.

How do you show the all-day row (example week view) when there are no current appointments that are all-day. As soon as we add an all-day event it shows correctly. But we would like to be able to click on the all-day to add a new appointment even if there are currently no all-day events.

Hi Matthew,

We have checked on your query and let you know that by default, you can click anywhere on the header cells (date header) and easily save the all-day appointments. Kindly check the attached video and let us know if you need any assistance.

Thank you.  Appreciate the response.  I think this is perfectly fine and works as described, however a future enhancement might be to have a property "ShowAllDayRow" and have it show even if no all day events are present.  This makes it a LOT more obvious to users they can add all-day events.

Can close this support request :)

Thank you.

Hi Matthew,

In the default Scheduler architect, we have automatically handled the functionality to add the all-day appointments on the Date header. However if you like to show all-day row with no appointments, then we suggest you to set the CSS styles like the below to achieve it. Kindly try the attached sample and let us know if this meets your requirement.

    .e-schedule .e-vertical-view .e-left-indent .e-all-day-cells,

    .e-schedule .e-vertical-view .e-date-header-wrap .e-all-day-cells {

        min-height: 90px !important;

        height: 90px !important;

    .e-schedule .e-vertical-view .e-left-indent .e-all-day-cells {

        position: relative;
