Close DropDown

Hi,

we use the cancel property in the DropDownClosing event for multiple selections in the dropdown of the combo.

We would like a button in the dropdown's footer to close the dropdown (indicating the selection is complete).

But we found no way to do this. The button is there but we found no way to close the list (dropdown) programmatically.

Any suggestions?

Thank you very much!

Kind regards,

Robert

Hi Robert,

Query: The button is there but we found no way to close the list (dropdown) programmatically. Any suggestions?

We have checked the reported query and we can close the dropdown using the IsDropDownOpen property. We have closed the dropdown if we click the button. We have prepared a sample for your reference. Please get the sample from the attachments.

Please check and let us know if the problem was resolved on your side.

Shivani

Hi Shivani,

thank you very much for your answer + example.

Your example is not working as expected. We also tried before to use the " IsDropDownOpen" property with no luck.

The problem stays the same: You have to clicke twice to close the list:

1x "Delete" button

1x some where else in the form

Our goal is to click the "Delete" button and then the list should close.

(We changed the target version from Android 12 to Android 11 - only for your information).

Thank you very much!

Kind regards,

Robert
