Speech to text functionality

Is there any option to have a speech to text functionality? The user should be able to record a quick audio, and then this audio needs to be translated into text, inside a Text tag. I cannot find anything in the demo of .net maui project

Currently, we don't have any plan to implement the speech-to-text in the dot Net Maui platform. The MSDN by default provided the text-to-speech support and below is the link,

Currently, we do not have built-in support for speech-to-text functionality within our .NET MAUI controls. However, we understand the importance of this feature, especially for applications requiring voice input and transcription capabilities.

 

We are currently in the planning phase for implementing the required feature, as we are focused on completing other high-priority tasks. Depending on the progress of those tasks, we plan to include this support in one of our upcoming releases.
