Corrupt file when opening and saving WordDocument that has a FILLIN field

We've recently run into a situation with Word documents which have fill-in fields being corrupted when they are opened and saved. There does not seem to be an issue when saving it to an http response; however, saving it to either a memory stream or direct to the disk appears to corrupt the file (image below). Removing the fill-in field resolves the issue; however, it is needed by the client so it isn't a viable option.

Am I missing something? Has anyone run into this before and if so, how did you get around this?

Thanks in advance.

So, could you please share us the below things for further investigation,

We suspect that the problem might be due to the contents in the input Word document which used at your end).
2.Code snippet
used at your end or issue reproducible sample.
3. Application platform (WinForms,ASP.NET Core or any other).
4.
Syncfusion version used at your end.

Based on the above details, we will proceed further to reproduce the same problem and will provide you appropriate solution at the earliest.

Note: If you have any confidential data in your input Word document, please replace with some dummy data and provide us the same. We just need your document to recreate the problem you face.

Hello Anto,

The resolution to this was providing our developer with the most recent update of the libraries. As soon as I had him make the swap, the issue was resolved. I had just failed to ask him right off the bat which version he was using for the project. Thank you for your time.
