Hi Amit,

Currently, XlsIO does not have support for applying a thousand separators based on system culture. So, we have logged a feature report as Support for applying thousand separator in number format based on system culture but do not have any immediate plans to implement this feature in near future.
You can track the status of the feature report through the following feedback link.

Track Status: https://www.syncfusion.com/feedback/37764/support-for-applying-thousand-separator-in-number-format-based-on-system-culture

However, We have considered implementing only for Indian culture now and logged a defect report as Number formatting is applied incorrectly when converting Excel to PDF in Indian culture. We will include the fix for this issue in our upcoming weekly NuGet release scheduled for 4th October 2022.

We will let you know once the new package version is available on nuget.org.

Disclaimer: Inclusion of this solution in the weekly release may change due to other factors including but not limited to QA checks and works reprioritization.

Ramya.
