Hi Shompinice,

We suspect your issue is when we changed to thumbnail view mode the page is displayed as white instead of showing the page content. If our understanding is wrong, please let us share the elaborate details to replicate the issue from our side.

We were able to reproduce the issue: "Page content is not displayed in thumbnail view mode."  Currently, we are validating this issue, and we will update the details on September 14, 2022.

We confirm that the issue "PDF pages are displayed as white in thumbnail view mode " is a defect. We will provide the patch for the fix on October 07, 2022.

Hi Shompinice,

We have resolved the issue “PDF pages are displayed as white in thumbnail view mode” and the custom NuGet for the same can be downloaded from the attached file link.   



Disclaimer: Please note that we have created this NuGet for version 20.2.0.50 specifically to resolve the following issue reported in this forum 177423.

Note : Kindly follow the steps to clear the NuGet cache and then install patched NuGet to get the issue resolved.

This fix will be included in our volume 3 service pack release, which is expected to be available by October 2022.

We have resolved the issue “PDF pages are displayed as white in thumbnail view mode” and now the fix for the same can be available in our latest weekly NuGet(v20.3.0.50).
