How to FreezeRange a single row and keep it at the bottom?

How can I FreezeRange a single row at the bottom of the grid?

Our frozen row support is only for rows at the top of a grid.

One way you can fixed a row at the bottom of a grid is to place a separate grid at the bottom, and sync the column scrolling of the bottom grid with the top grid. This way you can have what appears as frozen rows at the bottom of th etop grid.
