Can we use theme builder to style each and every component of syncfusion

Hi Team,

I have few queries related to Theme builder

I'm using this link - https://ej2.syncfusion.com/themestudio/?theme=material for building customized theme for our application. However the options to choose color for each and every component is missing. Can you please help us understand how to style the syncfusion components using Theme builder.

Is the theme styling backward compatible in case of change in the version of Syncfusion components?

Hi Ajit,


Sorry for the inconvenience caused.


In the theme studio, we can customize the theme color mentioned in the theme studio for all the components selected in the filter. For example, In material theme there will be accent color and accent font color to change the background color and font color respectively for all the components selected in the filter. Also please refer to the below documentation on how to customize the themes in the theme studio.

Query: Is the theme styling backward compatible in case of change in the version of Syncfusion components?

In the theme studio we have used the latest theme only, So it will work fine for all versions.

I'm getting above issue while importing downloaded material.scss file, can you please provide resolution for the same

Hi Ajit,


We have prepared an Angular scss sample based on your requirement, but we are unable to replicate the reported issue. This issue will arise when the sass compiler you have used is not compatible with angular. Please refer to the below sample and use the packages given in package.json.
