How can I set tooltip on NumberFormatList and BulletFormatList toolbar Icon?

It seems only predefined format list button hasn't tooltip while other buttons are has it.

Please tell me how can I do it.

We have considered your reported issue "Tooltip not shown for NumberFormat and BulletFormat List in RTE Toolbar items" as a bug from our end and the fix for the issue will be included with our upcoming patch release on 13^th September 2022.

We have included the fix for the issue "Tooltip not shown for NumberFormat and BulletFormat List in RTE Toolbar items" with our patch release version 20.2.50 . please upgrade your package to the latest to resolve the issue from your end.
