Header is not opening mobile

Hi ,

 I am using angular syncfusion treegrid in my project. but there is one issue in which I am  getting  is that when I right click header in mobile application it doesn't open the different options list. but same thing when I am doing in angular web application it is working. can you tell me what 's the issue. and I have added the screenshot of the code.

Based on your query and code example, we understand you are trying to open the context menu with a right click in mobile devices, but it’s not open. While using a mobile device, you can open the context menu using a long press instead of the right-click option.

hi pon selva Jeganathan 

But i want these thing to be on right click. and the thing which you are telling that press the header for longer time i have done Allow sorting is set to be true. when i long press header it does sorting instead of the opening popup for header in  mobile. and i have tested this in many mobiles. Getting the same issue

We have checked your reported problem on mobile device(Contextmenu open on Long press) but we are unable to replicate the problem at our end. Refer to the Sample link:-

We need some more additional details to find the cause of the issue. Share us the following details.


  1. Complete TreeGrid code details.
  2. Detail Explanation of the issue(with video demo with replication steps).
  3. If possible replicate it in the above sample and revert us back.
  4. Exact mobile device details in which you have replicate the issue.
