SfDocumentEditorContainer Does Not Read Word doc correctly

Hi Team,

I have come a cross an issue where by the Document Editor is parsing my Word document contents properly.  They actually disappear when the document is opened.  See attached screenshots of the document when opened in MS Word and then the Sf Document Editor.  I've also attached the original document for testing on your end.

Hi Anthony,

We are cross checked your reported issue. Document contains “Group-Shape”. Currently, document editor doesn’t provide support for group-shapes. We already logged the feature request for this. We don’t have any immediate plans to implement this feature.
