How can I find a text in a word document and replace it with an image?

To achieve your requirement, we suggest you to find the text in a Word document
by using Find
API and replace the text with an image by using Replace
API.

Open Windows Explorer.Locate the image file that you want to use.Take right click on the file and select Copy.Open MS Word document in which replacement is to be done.Press Ctrl + H to launch Find and Replace dialog box.In Find what, type the text that you want to replace.Regards,Will
