Grid values change after modification or deletion

Question

The grid is initially empty and you are creating the grid by adding rows.

If the added grid is modified and deleted, the contents in other rows are changed to the previous values or contents of other rows.

I tried the following as it seems similar to the above two issues, but it doesn't work.

If you run getCurrentViewRecords after modification or deletion, the value is changed and comes out.
