Syncfusion Maven Repo not working?

I'm trying to setup a Java Web Service as described in the Syncfusion docs. I've followed the Gradle instructions in this section but Gradle cannot download the jars from the Syncfusion Maven repo. Is it down? Also when I click the "maven repository" link in that same section I get a 503 error page. I've attached a screen shot of the error that Gradle throws. Any ideas what's going on?
