On the mobile end, allowrowdraganddrop=true, the page cannot be scrolled

On the mobile end, when allowrowdraganddrop=true and enablevirtualization=true, the page cannot be scrolled。 I found this problem on Android chrome。

After windows Chrome switches the mobile mode, it cannot scroll the page, if allowwrowdragandprop=true

We have confirmed that the reported behavior is an issue from our side and logged this as - “Scrolling is not working with in grid in touch mode, when enabling rowDragAndDrop”. Thank you for taking the time to report this issue and helping us improve our product. At Syncfusion, we are committed to fixing all validated defects (subject to technical feasibility and Product Development Life Cycle ) and will include the defect fix in our upcoming patch release which will be rolled out on Aug 24th, 2022.

We deeply regret the inconvenience caused.

We are unable to complete the issue (“Scrolling is not working with in grid in touch mode, when enabling rowDragAndDrop”) as planned due to its complexity and currently, we are working on this with high priority. We will include the fix on Sep 7th, 2022 patch release.

We are glad to announce that our Essential Javascript2 patch release (v20.2.46) has been rolled out successfully and in that release, we have added the fix of “Scrolling is not working with in grid in touch mode, when enabling rowDragAndDrop” issue. So, please update your Syncfusion packages to the latest version and use latest style script to get this.
