Access Denied when donwloading widget files for scheduler

Hello, im currently working on a legacy project, when it was first created, charts, and diagrams where initially generated using the following link, resource generator, today, i have tried to generate some files for version 13.3.0.7 for the scheduler, but unfortunately upon downloading i am directed to a access denied page, in XML.

here is the link v13.3.0.7, for the time being I'm using the latest version, but i would like to keep versioning consistent in the application and that is v13.3.0.7.

if you have any remedy for my problem that would mush appreciated. Thanks.
