Hi Jose,
We have considered the reported issue "Duplicate image inserted while pressing enter key when cursor is exactly on the LEFT side of the pasted image" as a bug from our end and the fix for the issue will be included with our upcoming patch release on 2nd August 2022.

We have included the fix for the issue "Duplicate image inserted while pressing enter key when cursor is exactly on the LEFT side of the pasted image" with our patch release version 20.2.44. So please upgrade your package to the latest to resolve the issue from your end.
