The SfRichTextEditor provides support to insert JPEG and PNG
images from a photo gallery, embedded resource, or stream into the Rich Text
Editor content.Please refer the below mentioned UG documentation for detailed information about the support for insert image in SfRichTextEdtior control.

Currently we do not have support for “Disabling the inserted images in SfRichTextEditor” and we do not have any immediate plans to
implement this support.
