NetworkError: Failed to send on XMLHTTPRequest

Hi team,

When the total size of the files is greater than 15GB I am getting this message:

After removing files and the total size equal to 11GB, the file manager works fine.

Any way to solve it?

Thanks,

Daniel

Hi Daniel,

Greetings from Syncfusion support.

Currently, we are validating the reported issue in the ASP.NET MVC FileManager component by rendering it with 15GB data. But we need some additional time to analyze this issue. We will update you with further details on or before July 13, 2022.

We appreciate your patience.

Regards,

Prasanth Madhaiyan.

Hi Daniel,

Thanks for your patience.

We have validated your reported query in the ASP.NET MVC FileManager sample by connecting to the local Physical File System Providers and we are not able to identify the reported issue at our end. When we added around 16GB of data to the FileManager component, it rendered properly without any errors.

For your reference, we have attached the sample, Physical File System Provider, video and total size screenshot.

Please try this on your end and get back to us. If the issue still persists, please share the sample with video footage and exact steps you are following at your end. These details will help us to check and provide a prompt solution. Please get back to us if you need any further assistance.
