Allowdragging does not work

Question

If the initial value of the header is an empty string, assign a value to the header when opening the dialog, and showcloseicon is false. Allowdragging does not work.

We have included the fix for the issue "Dragging not working properly when dynamically set the dialog header" with our patch release version 20.2.39. So please upgrade your package to the latest to resolve the issue at your end.
