TreeGrid doesn't show correct categories with EnableCollapseAll and EnableVirtualization

Hi,

we have problems with the SfTreeGrid for server-side Blazor (20.1.0.61). We create hierarchical data with 5000 nodes and bind it to the datasource with virtualization enabled. Every 10th node is a parent node.

If we use EnableCollapseAll="true" on the SfTreeGrid only 5 parent nodes are shown.

The reported problem is already known issue and we have also logged the defect report for the same. The fix for this issue will be included in our third week patch release(expected to be July 20th, 2022) after Volume 2 release. Until then we appreciate your patience.

We are glad to announce that we fixed the reported issue with self-referential data binding(IdMapping, parentIDMapping) EnableCollapseAll with the EnableVirtualization feature. And this fix was included in our Essential Studio 2022 Volume 3 Release V20.3.0.47 and is available for download under the following link.

And you mentioned you are using hierarchical data (we create hierarchical data with 5000 nodes). We thought that was for hierarchical data binding (ChildMapping). However, you are using self-referential data binding (IdMapping, parentIDMapping) in your shared sample. So, we misinterpreted this issue.


Now we have fixed this reported issue and it is included in our Essential Studio 2022 Volume 3 Release V20.3.0.47. So, we suggest you upgrade to the latest version.


Note: The ParentId value of the root node must be null. Kindly ensure it.
