Grid default date not working when Format=”dd-MMM-yy is used and RichTextFormat not working

Hello,


I have issues with the grid:

  1. The default date is working when the Format=”dd-MMM-yy” is removed and does not work when I put it back

  2. RichText format has applied to 3 fields, but works on the first one and does not work for the other 2 fields

We checked your query by creating sample attached in this ticket, But unfortunately we are not able reproduce the reported issue. Please refer the attached sample in this ticket for your reference.

We created a sample using given code. But unfortunately we are not able reproduce the reported issue. Please refer the attached sample in this ticket for your reference.

Issue is not reproduced for both queries. Kindly check the attached sample and if you are still facing the reported issue, then the following details would be helpful for us to proceed further.


  1. Share the video demonstration of the issue you are facing.
  2. If possible, reproduce the reported issue in the provided sample
  3. Or share issue reproducible runnable  sample
