Based on your query, the Freeze Columns is not supported with Virtualization feature. We have already mentioned this limitation in our help documentation.

If you want to freezeColumns with a larger number of records, we suggest you use the infinite scrolling feature instead of the virtualization feature.

sorry，i forgot to mention, i set the treegrid to enableInfiniteScrolling is true before setting the freezeColumns . That's the problem

this.treeGridObj.enableVirtualization = false;

this.treeGridObj.enableInfiniteScrolling = true;
