Filter is not working when use Web Service Data Bind

Filters are not showing any data when using the web service databind. 



Grid is looking like this way


And the filters are not showing any data


Normal data binding methods are working. only the web service method having the problem.

We checked your query by preparing sample using webservice data binding , but we were unable to reproduce the issue at our end.

After following the above solution still faced issue, share us the following details.


  1. Share the package version details
  2. Share Screenshot of Script Error (if any) occurs on the console window.
  3. Share us issue reproducible sample or reproduce the issue in the above sample

Package Version - 

No script errors in the console regarding this - These errors are throwing in every page.

Couldn't reproduce the issue with the sample


Records are not showing in the filter; Searching and sorting is working fine, Only filtering got the problem. 


When try to filter; the value always coming as null. Searching and sorting coming the value as

We need some more additional details to proceed further.


  1. Share the complete code example of grid(both client and server)
  2. Share the network tab details.
  3. Share us issue reproducible sample or try to reproduce the issue in the previously shared  sample
  4. Share the video demo of the issue

Sorry for inform that we couldn't reproduce the issue. Can we have a meeting to discuss this issue and get a fix? Because this issue is happening to most of our Grids and we couldn't use web service data binding.
