Performance Issues while Multiple Docked Tabs

Dear Syncfuison Team,


we have encountered an issue with the docking manager control that affects the opening and closing of new document docking items with complex content. The docking manager is implemented with MVVM and starts lagging when there are 5 or more different tabs. Before opening the tab, we display a busy indicator while loading our client. After that, we add the DockItem with our content and load missing data asynchronously. How can we improve performance and smooth things out, so to speak?

Hi Maxim,


The delay may be due to loading of child elements in DockingManager. Please check with a performance profiler and see which part of your application is taking time.
